Strengthening our Customer Success and Support team
We have welcomed another addition to the IXT team this fall. Stian Simonsen Løkken will be an important link to make sure our customers are taken care of from day one. With a diverse background, Stian will add his experience to making rollouts smoother and support faster.
Løkken has joined the team in Gjøvik, and will be an important link between sales, technical and marketing. Ensuring the IXT customer experience is as smooth as possible from the first SIMs shipping to challenges in the field needing to be resolved.
As our Customer Success manager and an important support resource, he brings an unusually hands-on mix of sales, service and telecom build experience.
- A lot of telecom operators offer SIMs. We built IXT to be a true connectivity partner where you can have a proper conversation. Stian will be an important part of that. Having someone in the first line of support that understands your issues and can bring in the right people fast is valuable for both our customers and us. He will also be important in building a consistent customer journey together with the rest of the team, and we are very happy to have him on board, says Henning Solberg, CEO and CTO of IXT.
Stian blends frontline sales experience with real network know-how. He’s moved from service technician to sales lead at a large consumer retailer, supported B2B customers at a telecom customer centre, and spent the last eight years in fibre rollouts from installer to project manager. That mix means he knows how networks actually work in the field, and how to keep customers informed while fixing what matters.
For Stian, the draw to IXT was a chance to learn fast in a company building from strong technical foundations.
