Most controllers spend their time chasing numbers someone else owns. At IXT, you own them. You run the close, take responsibility for group accounting, build the board pack, and help shape finance in an international company that is growing fast.

IXT connects and secures IoT devices for companies across Europe and beyond. We are an international company with customers, partners and legal entities across multiple markets. We run our own mobile core built for IoT, with coverage on 600+ mobile networks across 190+ countries. Our customers use IXT to connect EV chargers, energy meters, trackers and industrial equipment, and to keep those devices off the public internet.
What you will do
- Run bookkeeping, monthly close and year-end across our group entities in Xledger
- Take responsibility for group accounting, consolidation and annual accounts, together with our external auditor and accounting partner
- Deliver monthly reporting to management and the board, with clear commentary on what the numbers mean
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash planning
- Track the unit economics that drive the business: recurring revenue, margin per customer, network costs and churn
- Own VAT, corporate tax and transfer pricing across jurisdictions
- Automate the flow from billing and CRM into accounting, and build reporting people actually use
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience from similar roles
- Hands-on experience with close, consolidation and annual accounts across more than one entity
- Good knowledge of Norwegian accounting rules and VAT
- Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Internal and board reporting is in English
- Experience with Xledger, audit, IFRS, transfer pricing or recurring-revenue businesses is a plus
